How I handle your information

What I collect
Email sign-ups. When you join a list (early access, new posts, the benchmark report, or the resource guide), I store your email and anything else you choose to give, such as your first name, role, state, or community name. I use it only to send what you signed up for and, if you checked the box, to follow up with you personally.
The survey. Survey answers are anonymous unless you choose to add your email. Findings are only ever reported in combination with other responses, and never in a way that identifies you, your loved one, or a community.
The assessment. Your scores and the reasons you chose are sent to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to write your personal analysis. I don't store your assessment answers. Please don't type names or health details into any form on this site.
Site analytics. I use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other sites.
Who sees it
Only me. Sign-ups and survey responses are stored in a private Google Sheet. I never sell, rent, or share your information, and I never pass family contact details to a memory care community without your permission.
Your choices
Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. To see, correct, or delete anything I hold about you, email consultwithatwist@gmail.com and I'll take care of it within 10 business days.
