Dementia Care Companion · In development

What if you got a real update every week, without having to ask?

The Dementia Care Companion turns what care staff observe each day into a short, plain-language weekly update for families: how your loved one is doing, what changed, and what it means. It's now piloting with a memory care community in California.

Here's what an update looks like

Not a chart. A conversation.

Most families get one of two things: silence, or a call when something goes wrong. The Companion fills the space in between with what actually happened this week and what it means for your loved one.

Because it's built from staff observations, it works through your loved one's community. That's why it isn't something you can download yet, and why early-access families help me decide which communities to bring it to next.

Early access

Help shape it, and be first to use it

Early-access members get:

◆ Sample updates and short questions about what you'd want to see
◆ First access when it reaches your area or your loved one's community
◆ The option to introduce me to your loved one's community, if you'd like them to pilot it

I'll never contact your loved one's community unless you check the box below. Please don't include any health details in this form.

For communities

Interested in piloting the Companion?

The Companion reduces the time staff spend writing family updates and makes those updates more consistent. Its guidance draws on the Alzheimer's Association DCPR, the CARES® approach, Positive Approach® to Care, and Validation principles.

I'm selecting a small number of Colorado communities for the next pilot round.
